Jay Armstrong
The founder of Computer House Call, Jay enjoys helping people get their problems
solved. He received an MBA from SUNY Binghamton in 1978 and has over 25 years of experience
in the computer industry. He has been working
professionally with PCs since they were released in the early 1980's.

Cliff Hartle
Cliff has 20 years of experience working with personal computers. He graduated with a bachelor's
degree from Robert Morris College in Computer Science and also holds a two-year degree from community college.
He spent many years as a network administrator and
all-around computer trouble-shooter at the University of Pittsburgh and joined the CHC team in
the summer of 2003.

Jonathan Wagner
Jonathan has 10 years of experience debugging computers, two and a half of which
were spent as an Associate Software Engineer at Cutler Hammer. His focus is on hardware repair
and data recovery, but is equally proficient in system configuration and software
repair. He joined CHC in the spring of 2003 and graduated from Geneva College with a BS in Computer Science.

John Zeccaria
John has been with CHC since the summer of 2003. Armed with an associates degree in Computer Science
and 20 years of experience with PCs, he has seen and fixed almost every kind of computer-related
issue known to man.

Eric Rosé
Eric graduated with a BS in Computer Science from the University of California in Irvine in 1992
before relocating to Pittsburgh to attend Carnegie Mellon University.
He has sixteen years of professional programming experience, the
last six being focused mainly on graphic design and building commercial web sites.
