It is with great pleasure that I provide a testimonial on behalf of Jay Armstrong and his company, Computer House Call. I have been working with Computer House Call for over five years. This company has serviced all of my home computer needs, as well as the needs of my sister, Aunt and Uncle and my parents.

Jay walked me through some features he had added to my old system and did not leave the house until he was satisfied that all was in working order. Most recently, I needed a new computer and was shopping for another Dell. Fortunately I ran into a friend who advised that she had gotten a great computer from Computer House Call ­ I had no idea that the company was now in the business of selling new computers (my sister had purchased a used one from Jay). As former Dell user, she was delighted with her new computer. In short, I now have a new computer by CHC and love it. They were able to set up the entire system for me in my home ­ including resetting my e-mail, etc. Jay did not leave until I understood the features and workings of my new computer.

The number one reason for my purchase ­ other than the cost, was CHC’s customer servicing. Sure enough, I recently had a keyboard problem that was resolved within a day. Though I am moving, Jay has assured me that as long as I can get the computer to Allegheny County, he will service it! I have called him several times and not only does he often pick up the phone himself, but all his callbacks have been same-day.

Several months ago I experienced serious problems with my computer while communicating with a client on a project, and desperately needed immediate help in order to meet the deadline.

Computer House Call returned my call immediately and within three hours, built a new computer on site at a reasonable price with everything I needed to get back to work.
